During your time on the Spry Swag store, you may run into a few questions. Below are some commonly answered questions. If you do not see an answer to your question below, please feel free to contact us by hitting the "Contact" button above.

Question #1 - How long will it take for my item to arrive?

It may take up to 4 weeks for your item to go through the embroidery process, ship out, and arrive to your location. This is obviously being generous, and most items will arrive within 15 days.


Question #2 - How can I tell if products run large or small?

Every product has a link below the description that says, “Click Here for Size Guide”. That will open a PDF document showing the exact measurements of every size offered in that shirt.


Question #3 - Can I return an item?

Due to the item being embroidered, all items are non-refundable. Obviously if there is a mistake by Spry, Inc. (a different size, product, or logo arrived than ordered), we will correct the mistake at no charge to you. Please contact helpdesk@sprybrands.com if that is the case.

Question #5 - Where will my package be shipped?

We encourage you to ship items directly to your branch/office location. Not only does this save on shipping costs, but also the safety of your items.
